Rules for using the Kready service (kready.pl). By using the service you accept these terms.
What Kready is
Kready is a free information service: a calculator for mortgage payments, creditworthiness, overpayments and loan consolidation, plus articles about mortgages for foreigners. The services are provided electronically by the operator of Kready.
Kready is not an intermediary
Kready is not a credit intermediary, agent or credit advisor within the meaning of the Polish Mortgage Credit Act and does not provide advisory services. It does not present or propose credit agreements, does not help conclude them and does not conclude them on anyone's behalf.
Kready does not cooperate with banks
Kready does not cooperate with banks and is not a financial institution. It does not grant loans, does not accept loan applications and receives no payment from banks. Information about banks comes from publicly available sources.
Calculators
Calculator results are indicative. They are not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, nor a recommendation of any bank – the order of results depends only on the sorting you choose. Data may be incomplete or out of date; the final loan terms are set by the bank after assessing your application.
Contact with a mortgage expert
If you ask for it, Kready passes your contact details and calculator answers to a mortgage expert – an independent credit intermediary we work with. The intermediary acts in its own name and on its own responsibility, and any agreement is concluded directly with it. Using this contact is voluntary and free of charge.
Liability
We keep the data up to date, but we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the calculations or for services provided by the intermediary. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Using the service
The service is free and needs no registration – a web browser with internet access is enough. Sending unlawful content and actions that disrupt the service are prohibited.

How we process personal data and cookies is described in the privacy policy.
Complaints
You can send comments and complaints about the service through the contact form. We will reply within 14 days.
Final provisions
These terms may change – a new version applies from its publication on the site. Polish law applies, which does not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions. The Polish version of the terms is binding; other language versions are translations.
