Income from abroad and a Polish mortgage: how to make it work
Working remotely for a foreign employer or paid in euro? A mortgage in Poland is still within reach – it just needs an individual approach. Here's how we help.

Many foreigners in Poland work remotely for companies abroad and are paid in euro, dollars or another currency. That doesn't close the door to a mortgage – it simply means your case needs a bit more preparation and the right bank.
Why it needs an individual approach
- Different bank rules. Each bank has its own policy for income in other currencies – what one bank declines, another may accept.
- Documents matter. A foreign employer is checked differently, so a well-prepared set of documents makes a big difference.
- Currency. The loan is in złoty, so banks look at how stable your income is when converted.
What we do for you
- We find the banks that fit. Our advisors know which banks consider income from abroad and on what terms.
- We prepare the documents with you – contracts, statements and translations, so the bank gets everything it needs at once.
- We look at other paths – e.g. invoicing your foreign client from a Polish business, being paid in złoty, or adding a co-borrower with income in Poland.
- We handle the conversation with the bank – in your language.
Good to prepare
- your employment contract or agreement with the client,
- bank statements showing regular income for the last months,
- your residence document and PESEL.
Tell us about your situation – an advisor will check your options for free. You can also start with the calculator and select "Other currency": your answers are sent with your request, so you won't have to repeat them.
